Join us to officially “Kick-Off” IRSG 2026 at Nissan Stadium, home of the Tennessee Titans! This event will reconnect you with industry colleagues prior to the start of the conference with fun, drinks, heavy finger foods and more! IRSG has arranged a complimentary shuttle service to and from Virgin Hotels Nashville and Nissan Stadium. Please refer to the schedule below for departure times as well as the conference app once available.
Pick-up/Drop-off Locations: The shuttle will depart from the front entrance of the Virgin Hotels Nashville and drop off at the Stadium in Lot H. A greeter will be there to escort you into the Stadium.
Frequency/Schedule: The shuttle will run on a loop every 30 minutes, beginning at 6:30pm CT from the hotel. The last shuttle service will end at 9:30pm CT from the Stadium.
*Please arrive at the pickup points at least 15 minutes prior to departure. The shuttle only holds 57 pax and will run on a loop every 30 mins. If you miss a departure time, don’t worry, the next shuttle will be back to pick you up.
If you prefer to drive; there will also be complimentary parking in Lot H. Please let Dawn Udy know if you plan to drive as we will need to coordinate parking passes.
You may also do ride share services such as Uber or Lyft. Just inform the driver to go to Lot H for drop off/pick up. The address is One Titans Way, Nashville, TN
As a special offer; attendees can book a stadium tour for $25 a person! The tour will start at 7:45pm CT and will last around 45 mins depending on how many people are interested.
Deadline to schedule a tour is April 6, 2026. Reservations and payment must be made in advance to secure your spot.
